Past Scorecard Baseline

EE Planner Baseline You can now select a past B-BBEE scorecard to serve as your baseline. The first column shows your actuals, giving you a clear starting point as you plan. It’s an easy way to build with context - not guesswork.


5 Years, Side by Side

EE Planner 5-years side by side Instead of splitting each year into its own tab, we now show all 5 years next to each other - one occupational level at a time. This makes long-term planning intuitive and lets you track progression across demographics over time.


Gap Indicators

EE Planner gap analysis Every demographic now shows a visual gap: how far over or under you are vs the sectoral target. Green means on track. Red or yellow means room to adjust. Your aim? Hit green by 2030. These bubble cues make fine-tuning your plan fast and visual.

The EE Planner has also been updated with the latest sectoral targets and now supports planning right through to the 2030 deadline. Whether you’re starting fresh or adjusting an existing plan, you’re set up for success with the most current data and tools.
